Warm-Up: gentle movement to acquaint with the body; sun salutations
Centering: awareness into the body and present moment
Guided breathing: breath awareness
Guided senses exploration: the 6+ Senses
Mindful wandering/being: slow intentional movement on the land
Bird Perch: while deciding on a sit spot, observe the earth and our bird relatives
Gathering back into the Nest: savor tea and snacks provided by your guide while sharing of attendees’ experiences
